The prices

The whole house, per night. Minimum stay four nights. Arrival any day of the week.

From November to March it is a different product, with its own rates and its own terms.

What is added

  • Cleaning €120 per stay.

  • Climate Resilience Fee €15 per night, April to October. A state tax, passed on to the state in full, with a separate receipt.

  • On request: firewood for the stove, €30 a basket.

  • No security deposit. Nothing is held on your card, and there is no refund to wait for after you leave. If something gets damaged, we simply sort it out together before you go.

How many people

Five bedrooms with double beds. Ten people means ten people two to a bed. In practice the house works better for four adults with their children, or two couples with their children.

Why is it cheaper when booking direct?

On booking platforms, a commission is charged on every reservation, and prices are higher to cover it.

By booking directly, that commission disappears: you pay the rates shown above, around 15% less than on the platforms.

Availability

The calendar below is indicative: it reflects bookings on Airbnb, Vrbo and Holidu. The calendar is updated regularly. Availability is always confirmed by me, within 24 hours.

I check the calendars myself before I confirm. You receive a reply by email.

Payment

The booking is confirmed with an advance payment of 30%, by card. The balance ten days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at once.

What happens

  • More than 30 days before arrival

    The advance payment is refunded in full

  • Between 10 and 30 days before

    The advance payment is retained. Nothing further

  • Less than 10 days, or no-show

    The full amount is retained

Winter stays have a different, more flexible cancellation policy.
